We thought we were going to need new carpets due to pet odor. We had tried cleaning them ourselves, poured on gallons of enzymatic cleaner and the smell just seemed to get worse. Had Stanley Steamer in and the odor is gone. The pricing was reasonable, the workers were so great, and it was surprisingly quick. So glad we gave them a try.

I am very satisfied and overjoyed with the carpet cleaning service Chris Kalkbrenner provided at my house (Marion, IA). He called me before he arrived and he arrived on time. He was very professional as he asked if I had any questions or problem areas that I may be concerned about. He immediately set up and went straight to work. My carpet looks brand new and I am so happy with his work. I recommend Stanley Steemer as a first choice if you want the job done correctly! I am so impressed with the guy that did my floors! I can't remember his name but he knows me I had all those dogs �� you had a really tough job and my floors look nice as new, thank you so much!
