This location was contracted to replace the flooring in the apartment below mine after it flooded. Both my wife and I observed the contractor’s van parked in a space with garbage strewn everywhere around it during the installation process. My wife’s vehicle was parked directly next to the van when she left for an appointment. Two days later we observed a slow leak in one of the tires that was parked right next to the van and took it immediately to a tire store. We were informed that the tire had three punctures in it - two of which were close together(like a staple) and because of the nature of the damage the whole tire needed replaced - costing us $180. Had a carpet appointment , told them a week before I wanted to cancel due to not having the appropriate funds . They still show up to do the work , I turn them away and they want to charge me $100 for the trip they made out to my apartment . I have text messages saved and I will not be paying that . I had also told them to message me an hour In advance before showing which they failed to do.
