Honestly they up there prices too do your taxes every year. I was told the opposite when I first became a customer....that your fees decrease overtime for being a long term customer. They said they have too start paying their employees more. Oh well...that's not my problem. I'm going elsewhere!

I had my taxes done in the past with a different company but they are no longer able to do my taxes for me. I went in a few weeks back and spoke to Steve and he explained that I was missing a form that I needed from last years taxes. He was also extremely rude and kept repeating the same question regarding what I could or could not claim for house repairs on my taxes. I explained that I am not a tax expert and that is why I am coming to him to do my taxes. If I was a tax expert then there would be no need to go to him. Would not recommend. Treated my brother very badly & was being racist. Steve even tried to weaponize the police to intimidate & possibly harm my brother all because he asked for his information back. Steve is the worst kind of person & I would not recommend anyone to utilize their services!!!
