I had a noisy dryer and Jim was at my house within 2 day of my call. He was a little early for the appt and was very prompt, he fixed my dryer in less than an hour and was very reasonable also on the pricing of the labor and part needed. I went here to get a new belt for my Maytag dryer and the guy who waited on me had the belt but it was $80 so he started asking questions as to why I think I need a belt and when I told him that it makes a squealing noise when I first turn it on but then goes away . He told me that he was sure that the tension pulley was bad and that cost me $20 and he even gave me a small amount of high speed lube to lubricant the drive pulleys . That solved my noise problem and you guys now have a customer for life. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
