Mrs. Mercy and her team did an amazing job!! The communication was on point! She was running late, which I’m use to that in Texas, but she text me several times while she was on her way just to keep me updated on how far away she was. I haven’t met a braider in Houston, Texas that has done that. She’s very spiritual and teaches her son about God. I loved that more than anything! I enjoyed the conversations in the shop. There was another client there, and they all made me feel welcome! It was like talking to old friends!! She kept checking on me to make sure that i was okay. Needless to say, but my hair turned out AMAZING!! My husband loves it! Thank you again Mrs. Mercy!! I hope to make it back again before we have to leave Iowa. If you need your hair braided, this is the place to go!! Again thank you all so much!!
