McGrath Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service

I know they sometimes get a bad rap, but I've had nothing but excellent care here. When I bought my car, it was the easiest, most non-stressful transaction I've ever had. The gentleman helping me was totally not pushy and worked with me to make everything seamless. Every time I bring my car in fir service, it's smoothly run with excellent service.

Unfortunately, I have to remove my 5 star review and mark it down to 2. I have purchased nearly all of my vehicles and bikes from a McGrath dealership. I also get all of my service for my vehicles done by a McGrath dealer.I took my truck in for an oil change and a 60k mile service. I was invoiced $1,256 for the work, which I approved via their online system. Yes, that is expensive for the work performed, but not too far above average. When I went to pick the truck up, I was slapped with a bill of more than $2,000. I showed the rep the invoice and he said that it was not correct as it does not include shop supplies. Had issues dealing with warranties from another dealership and Stephen Nicholson was my advisor and worked hard to make sure the warranty company didn't screw me over. Will get my service done here in the future.
