We have used Krall Plumbing regularly for over 3 years. We are a local contractor that uses Krall for our custom homes, baths, kitchens, additions, basements and all instances we need a licensed plumber. They work with us on very specific custom installations as well so not afraid to try different things. They put my water heater in 7 years ago and were quick and very efficient. I had an error code come up the other day and called. They gave me several trouble shooting techniques to try before they came out, which I appreciated so I could save the trouble of them coming out and the cost. They did have to come out and educated me on troubleshooting if it happens again and checked everything to make sure it was working properly. Very easy to talk to and very informative. I highly recommend them!
