First let me say, setting up the appointment for my carpet clean in my new home was a very pleasant experience! The two young men who showed up to do the cleaning were extremely polite and helpful! My carpets were extremely dirty and now look amazing! There’s a bit of a pungent smell from the pet treatment but it subsided by the end of the day. My home now smells and looks fresh and clean!! I highly recommend!!

After reaching out to several companies on fairly short notice, they were able to get me worked in on the day the worked for me. They were very easy to work with and explained things directly and simply for me to understand. They didn't try to get me to spend money that I didn't need to and were honest about what was worth the trouble and expense to clean and what wasn't. They were extremely friendly, organized and professional. The whole house was done in under 2 hours. The carpet looks great considering it's prior condition. I have worked with Klein Chem Dry multiple times and they have successfully removed urine stains and odor from cats and dogs at my house. They staff is professional and friendly. They do fantastic work!
