Melissa Lennie Absolutely horrible. Was the buyers agent on my home. The buyers signed off AS IS and after she kept sneaking into my property and trying to squeeze every nickel she could out of us. I have a handicapped son and she knew it and tried to drive us into foreclosure. My agent Ken Waterbeck has teamed up with her to try to scam us into selling for 30k below market. The worst greedy person I have ever met and I was in the used car business 11 years. Anyone but her
Amanda Baccam is the best realtor I have ever had and I have bought and sold over 10 houses in my lifetime and one restaurant. She is professional and caring and is genuinely a good person besides being a great realtor! I recommend her to anyone wanting a positive real estate experience!
