Daughter with 2 little kids had furnace issues over weekend with temps degrees and falling.. Allison contacted us first thing Monday to set up service call. Service Tec ( Rick) was very professional, courteous. He went thru systems thoroughly and fixed the problem. He even checked out the Nest T-stat ( another problem). I strongly recommend Iltens for any heating/cooling work. In this day and age with all the options available to call its nice to have great service from a local family run business.

last year my furnace blower was bad the coldest night of the winter they came out and got me up running thk god very professional and reasonable. just about a month ago I had them come back because the furnace blower would not shut off. I called them again and again fixed the problem for me. I will not go with any other business but Iltens. very professional and friendly and very reasonable. I recommend them highly.
