I absolutely love Hotworx! The workouts are intense, not intimidating, and not unbearable. Suitable for both beginners and advanced workout persons. The monthly fee is very reasonable especially because you can earn rewards for working out that you can use to discount your monthly fee or you can purchase shop items--- whatever you want.The staff and other gym goers in the Cedar Rapids location are very friendly and willing to help with anything you need.The sauna workouts are varied and fun; AND the infrared makes you burn more calories but you aren't in an "oppressive" heat like Iowa summers. I'm so happy to have found Hotwox!There is something for everyone! I find the workouts both fun and challenging. Whether you are a beginner or are advanced, each program offers modifications to suit each individual's experience.It is extremely clean.The Staff is very friendly, always offering a greeting or positive interaction, even when they're not working and doing their own workout. It was a smooth process to join, with the Staff thoroughly explaining and showing exactly how it works.I love the flexibility of it being 24 hours and that I can come in whenever. I Love Hotworks! The staff is great, there are always cleaning, smiling, and you get to know them all by name because they are so friendly. The saunas are great, always clean and if equipment breaks they fix it asap. The rewards program and monthly workout changes keeps you motivated and committed.
