After going to all of the “big box” flooring stores & not finding anything we loved..we happened to find Fourth Gen Flooring.We immediately saw the Acacia luxury vinyl plank, took the sample home, & it was perfect! Addam came to our home the next day & measured for our 3 rooms. The flooring was back ordered so we had to wait a bit longer but it’s so worth it! Addam was a great communicator thru the whole process. Bryan, our installer, was phenomenal! His attention to detail in making the pattern of the colors & grain was top notch! We are very pleased with our new flooring. The carpet is well done in the bedroom and closet and the laminate in the two bathrooms looks and feels outstanding. We appreciate the craftsmanship of the installer.

Very professional and answered all are questions. The crew that did installation did a great job and kept us informed of what would be completed each day and kept the area very clean. There was an issue when reinstalling a closet door, there was never a question on whether they would take the responsibility to replace the door and make it right. They will definitely be who we call on when we decide to carpet the lower level of our condo.
