I am beyond upset with this place. I have been trying to get the IUD insert since 6weeks after my baby was born. my appointment has been cancelled 5times ... during pregnancy my doctor wasn't available at all in the last few months and it happened when my son was born too. but, I did get in with other doctors who were amazing. but, being my appointment rescheduled so many times its beyond crazy. the most recent rescheduled they text me the day of. like I have to take the time off for these and I do not have a second car so I have to have family take me and I'm very upset with all that is happening. the day it stormed and there was supposed to be tornadoes they closed down which is fine but I live 45 mins away and they called me 10 mins before my appointment which I was almost there at this time! I asked if I had to get IUD done there because they keep cancelling and they said an Ob has to do it and everywhere I call isn't excepting new patients especial for just the insert . Very disappointed.

These people are ama.zing. When I went infor my scheduled appointment I had a waiting time of about a minute. The nurse verified my name and that I had not been sick. I did not even feel the needle. And all patients are watched to make sure they are ok. I would not hesitate to go back again or take a friend there.
