AMAZING! If you don’t want to take the time to read this whole review, know this: Ryan and his crew are amazing and they do beyond great work. Ryan and his crew were courteous, polite, respectful, hard working and most importantly honest. My husband and I recently purchased a new home and wanted our carpets and ducts cleaned before we moved in. We called Eastern Iowa Carpet Care. Ryan fit us in without a problem on short notice. He showed up on time, dressed professionally and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. There’s a reason they have so many 5 star reviews. Easy to work with, reliable, thorough, professional. Completed job for less than phone quote. Excellent communication. Fully recommend.
Scheduling was easy, service was quick and quality work, we have had them clean our couch, area rugs, and carpet. The day after they cleaned our carpet, one of our dogs got sick on the carpet and they came back out to re-clean very quickly! Highly recommend.
