What a team effort! They were with us the whole way battling insurance. 18 months after derecho we finally got approved for our roof, another year after that we got siding replaced for half our home inspite having elite coverage. The office staff was welcoming, encouraging and assisted with any questions we had. Heck the owner called us one day when he was about to board an airplane. Once the ball rolled things went fast! The project manager kept us posted and the crew were very friendly as well as doing a wonderful job! Hopefully we won't need any repairs in the future, but if we don't we will be calling DIVISION 7! UPDATED: Our home was hit by a tornado last September. The initial people we dealt from Division 7 were nice but were let go before the work started. The roofers they had at the time were sloppy, and they left nails every where, which we are still finding (and had 2 flat tires from). The siding guy was nice. He worked by himself, and it took him 3 weeks to complete, but stayed until it was finished, even though it was freezing outside. They replaced our siding, roof, screens on our windows, frame around our garage and some gutter work. Work was completed by February.
