“They are supper nice caring they had to trim a lot of my trees they did a awesome job they can come help when every sone times they have to reschedule because of something they have for there family that is ok but then after they come out and work on it it takes like a couple hours or if is big then 1-2 days

They were with us the whole way battling insurance. 18 months after derecho we finally got approved for our roof, another year after that we got siding replaced for half our home inspite having elite coverage. “Paul Davis Restoration of the Iowa Corridor was prompt and efficient in the mold removal service that they provided to my family. They were very good communicators when it came to organizing the mold removal, and they were very kind and courteous throughout their time spent in our home. One critique is that when working with the business on a project that includes additional work, such as repairs, the communication within Paul Davis could use improvement. We ran into multiple instances in which the various departments weren't on the same page with project management and billing. Another critique is that on the repairs end of the project, the gentleman who dealt with our carpet (a subcontractor of their repairs subcontractor) was very rude and disrespectful to my family and our home. However, when informed of the incident, both Paul Davis and their subcontractor took the incident very seriously and handled it in a manner that my family very much appreciated. Despite the poor experience with the carpet gentleman, the subcontractor who handled the remainder of the repairs was fantastic. They were very kind and respectful to my family, they were good communicators, and they did a great job.“
