Dylan is an amazingly talented, kind, and honest computer repair professional. I had a hardware problem with my laptop keyboard and he took great care to troubleshoot the issues and find me the best deal on a replacement part. When it was time for repair, he got it done for me within a few hours and took time to communicate with me throughout the whole process. Dylan helped me with replacing a laptop screen with dead pixels. If you need something fixed, you're not going to get a better price in Cedar Rapids. He'll get it fixed right and fast. I will return for any future computer issues.
