I've been a yogi for nearly four decades, mainly in my own home. I attended Yoga for POC this afternoon and it was a truly chill experience. The instructor was kind and professional, making sure each of us (roughly 15 in all) were comfortable in the space. At the end, each of us were offered free passes to future classes. Cannot wait to come back!

I needed change in my life. Light and challenge. I have received both and more @ Breathing Room Yoga. I love supporting locals who are passionate about helping other's. Breathing Room Yoga is beautiful with huge picture windows to let the light in and tall ceilings. The instructors are FANTASTIC, friendly & caring. I HIGHLY recommend coming here.
