The staff and Dr. Kain did a great job with my 93 year old father, which has both hearing and cognitive thinking issues. I would highly recommend them for any eye exams and glasses.
Great team. His nurse was very compassionate. She reviewed insurance to explain coverage for exam and contacts. Dr. Parsons thoroughly reviewed results, answered questions, and was very caring. I highly recommend Dr. Parsons and his team for eye care!
I love the Optometrists that work at the Cedar Rapids location. They listen to your questions and address any concerns. They're very friendly and have an amazing staff! Highly recommend Dr. Kain or Dr. Parsons.
