The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, and made sure to take their time with everything so I never felt rushed. I feel like they got my new prescription dead on, and explained what changes they made and why.

I always feel very welcome when coming to see Dr. Bradley Parsons he is such a joy to talk with and always answers any questions that I may have, the Ladies at the front desk are always nice to talk with as well I like to see their smiling faces.

Eye Dr was fantastic! Front desk had two ladies there) second lady greeted with a smile and a welcome. The first lady was not smiling and pointed to the other lady as if she was to help me. I felt as If I was a bother to be there (at first). Didn't feel the new customer welcome at first. Dr. Was pleasant and thorough. the third gal was very helpful explaining things to me regarding estimates and different options.Overall good experience. Hoping the one lady was just having an off day.
