Hunter and his co-worker came out to unclog a drain pipe that was in the wall. They said they could not get the feed around a corner in the pipe, so they would have to cut a hole in the wall and cut the pipe off and then proceed. They cut it off and showed us the inside of it. The pipe was completely clogged except for a hole the size of a pencil. They installed new piping and cleaned up. Hunter and his co-worker were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job considering the tight space they had to work in, but the price ($1750) I think was a little overboard.
I was super impressed with this company. The manager, Trey came to give me a free estimate and was really helpful. When it came time for my appointment Hunter and his team helped me. He listened to my concerns, confirmed Trey’s initial findings and remedied the problem so quick. I was grateful he gave me tips to avoid having to call them back in the future. I would absolutely recommend again.
Randy Cooper with Benjamin Franklin is the very best!!! He has been a life saver for my home!!! He has done excellent service in repairs of my home’s plumbing, toilets, pipes, tankless water heater, water softener, etc over the past couple months!!!
