Awful. Just awful. (Check reviews on her other Google business page that is marked permanently closed) I scheduled 4 appointments with her, she canceled all of them. Her excuses go from in the hospital with pneumonia, to the flu, to a flat tire, to in the hospital for no given reason. She will text you at midnight and cancel 10-30 minutes in advance when you are already driving over there. After the multiple cancels, I find reviews on Google and Yelp saying she does the same thing to other people. She makes up excuses and tries to capitalize money off of unredeemed Groupons. I've reported her to Groupon and I even reached out to the Cedar Rapids Police Department.... read full review

Tried setting up 3 appointments, she just makes excuses. Super unprofessional. Thought I could contact the business and complain but it's just one person "running" the place.
