Connie was extremely friendly and explained everything. As far as scheduling appointments goes I was double booked a few times and scheduling during the offices lunch break twice. I believe the people that do the scheduling are like a call center and aren’t actually working at the actual locations. Everyone at the Lindale location was extremely friendly and helpful though.
Connie, Dr P, and Elle were all OUTSTANDING! I appreciated them all for their professionalism and understanding for my frankly poor health due to being disabled and give them kudos for working with me so well as I'm autistic and cannot maintain eye contact - they did not attempt to hold eye contact or seem frustrated that I did not - which I've had with other various doctors and such in the past. They were gentle, they took their time, made sure I had my questions answered, they addressed all my needs, and the wonderful individual in billing addressed my needs for billing insurance and making sure the visit was very affordable out of pocket (again, I'm disabled). Connie is incredible! She helped to make my visits to Aspen less anxious for me. She’s very reassuring and genuinely cares, and is very good at adjusting dentures to fit well. Also, I might add she is very personable and explains things very well.
