Shrunk the hell out of my merino wool sweater from Scotland. It could now fit a toddler if it weren’t so hard and stiff. I DID put notice in the item not to attempt to clean if it is a risky garment. They didn’t listen and cost me a $350 sweater and tons of memories. Stay away
I was not aware that, unless you tell them not to, they place a sticker or stickers on your item that is impossible for you to remove. I was told I can bring my items back and they can remove the stickers. The stickers were placed over the label of my sweater (2), on my expensive comforter which is reversible (sticker will always show) and in the waistband of my pants and skirt (2 each). Hopefully removing the stickers will not ruin my items.Service: Comforter cleaning
Two men's sport coats ruined with a strong perfume smell. SO and I are sensitive to fragrances. Now we need to find another cleaner and pay a second time, hoping to get the smell removed. So much for being environmentally friendly.
