The instructors all have different yoga backgrounds so there is great diversity from class to class & something to learn from everyone. The community of yogis are so welcoming too!I also teach here once a week on Saturday mornings and the owner, Sarah, & her #2, Julia, are the sweetest people & teach absolutely lovely classes.“
