I enjoyed working with Patricio. He was very helpful, friendly and not at all pushy.
He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and made the overall experience very good. There wasn't a lot of back and forth negotiating. They were able to get where I needed to be and it was done. Hailey was amazing to work with when buying my new car. It wasn’t something I had planned on doing that day since I was just there having service done on my vehicle but even through the stress of it all she made the experience very easy and manageable. I always have a good experience when working with the staff at Witham in Cedar Falls. They provide quality care of their customers and they truly do work with you when going through the process. I’ve never been happier with a car dealership and how they do business.
