Ok, I was in an emergency situation with my lashes and Mel was awesome and helped me out! I live out of state and get my lashes filled weekly bc I am hard on them. I had a family emergency and flew to IA. My lashes were falling off from not getting fills, IA humidity and a lot of crying. I googled places and found The Skin Spa and Shop and Mel had great reviews. I went online and booked an appt. since I was going to be in IA for a month and needed fills. WOW, I was very pleasantly surprised at the service, kindness, cost and lashes! These lashes from Mel lasted me 2 weeks, whereas in my dry state mine only lasted 1 week. I got a spray tan at another business in the Cedar Valley that did not give me any color at all. I messaged Melissa and she was able to get me in before I left for vacation that evening so I could have the tan I was hoping for. 10/10 recommend!! I’ll only get my spray tans here from now on.
