He was very patient to answer all my questions prior and overall made me feel so much more comfortable. He explained everything so thorough and even showed me the needle in the package to confirm that it was sterilized. Atom spent the time to make sure the piercings were clean, parallel, and most importantly that I was comfortable and satisfied with it; needless to say, he also got me in the same day!
