This is a revised review, because my original 3-star review caught the attention of the manager, who “wanted to make it right”. I am now comfortable changing this to 5-stars, because, indeed, Gage took care of us. I won’t go into details, but you need to know this company wants satisfied customers. We are very happy with the resolution and would recommend them.The previous review:The cleaning was thorough and the guys were friendly. The team was on time. They closed up all the vents after the cleaning, so all was secure again. They dislodged tons of stuff from the drier vent. John and Gage did a beautiful job!! There were some old stains I thought would haunt me forever, but they unbelievably just removed them! They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone!

John came out. Awesome experience working with him. The entire process was very simple and easy from the very first phone call. This is my second time using them and will definitely be using them again.
