Our project is scheduled soon, but they have been great to work with thus far. They had records showing what was previously put in the house and even found some of it in stock even though it had been discontinued. Communication and customer service is topnotch.
From the sales person right down to the installer, our experience could not have been better. We knew this going in since we have purchased carpeting and flooring from Simpsons in the past. Same great people, same great quality and same great service!! The only flooring store I will go to.
Since I'd moved back to CF, I'd had Simpson's do all of our furniture - and flooring. When ArtVan left and I discovered Simpson's Flooring was still in business, I was thrilled. Sandy, who runs the day-to-day is outstanding at customer service. She helped guide us to the things we wanted and didn't waste our time looking at what we didn't want. They did all the floors in our home - from the real wood in the living areas (can I just say, "Wow?), the plank tile (very pretty), in the baths, entry, and kitchen, to the plank wood look (also stunning) in our downstairs family room.
