Ken Langston has been the lead on all the tasks needed in my townhouse, big or small, for many decades. All of the technicians have been excellent! In addition to their superior skills, they always respected my home, leaving it clean, if not cleaner, than when they arrived. Most recently, John has quickly assessed problems and repaired them rapidly.

Koch Construction did a great job repairing damage caused by birds getting into our attic and vents as well as getting insulation blown in. They were timely, professional, and we were very happy with the final product. We would definitely work with Koch Construction again!!!
