The staff is very nice and helpful, they have made what could have been a very scary time for my daughter and made her feel safe and well taken care of, as well as answering any questions I could think of.
I was impressed with i smile from the min I walked in, very welcoming, clean, modern atmosphere. All the staff I interacted with that first day were helpful and understanding. I had clear braces (different provider) prior to my appointment, but just wasn't happy with the results. I knew I had picked the right place after meeting Dr. Stiles and her immediately explaining why I didn't have success with my prior treatment. I have had my braces off for a while now, but when I was having regular appointments, they were always something I looked forward to! The staff and Dr. Stiles are very kind and welcoming. I know that if I were to have any problems or questions with my retainer, I can rely on them to answer any questions I may have!
