The guy I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable and was very nice. He spoke with me for a while, even though he didn't serve my area and gave me his opinion and gave me suggestions.
A lot of businesses won't even waste their time talking to you if they don't serve your area, so it was a pleasant surprise talking to him this evening. It's too bad they don't help here though, it's hard to find anyone who treats for termites near me. :(
Highly recommend these guys! They gave me advice for the rodent issue I was having in my garage instead of just coming out and charging me! They also came out and sprayed my home, which only took 5 minutes. 5 stars for Hawkeye Exterminating.
Mike really has a great amount of knowledge when it comes to his craft.
The entire process he was professional, friendly, and explained what he was doing without getting overly technical and confusing.
I'd highly recommend Hawkeye Extermination to anybody needing the bugs out.
