I went here after I got a bad haircut at a different (non-Great Clips) place. The hairstylist was so nice and fixed my hair, and now it looks great! Will definitely go here for my next hair cut! Also the wait time was very short so that was nice! 10/10 would definitely recommend:)Service: Hairstyling

I wish I could remember the womans name who cut my fiences hair, but it was late afternoon at the cedar falls viking rd location and she was so amazing and her customer service was spectacular. She had us laughing so hard as we were leaving...she was "real" didn't act fake. Plus, she did an amazing hair cut for my fiences...mmmmm

Despite being busy today, they got my hair done perfect and in a timely manner. People complaining about the wait time are just impatient and obviously didn't actually check the wait times before they went in as when I did it said 86 minutes so I saved myself some time and did E-check in. Very user friendly on the site for it.They are very friendly and patient. I rather the wait time be longer and them get my hair done right rather than them rushing and speeding through. Everyone always needs a reason to complain but this location literally has NEVER ONCE messed up my hair.
