I meant to leave a review a couple years ago, but life seems to get away from me. The good thing about that is now I have more knowledge to add. In the spring of 2020, my husband and I decided we were done purchasing the plastic, lightweight chairs that are available in many stores. They never seemed to last, they would fade and crack and end up in the landfill. A friend suggested contacting Deck Works and checking into their Trex collection. Pat was helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy and very kind from the moment we first connected. He provided me with printed materials and answered all of my questions and, when I screwed up ordering, he helped me fix the problem, promptly. Now that it has been a couple of years, I can tell you that the chairs themselves look the same as the day we got them. We do not take them in the the winter. They are exposed to all the elements. They are heavy and do not blow across the yard. We are so pleased with our chairs and the service provided by Deck Works.
I should start by saying I am thrilled with my experience with Deckworks Cedar Valley. I contacted them right before spring with a deck project on our new home. They drew up plans for us and had a quote for us in a matter of days. They even quickly redrew plans when I decided last minute to add a Trex bench system next to our hot tub for storage. From start to finish they were fast, professional, and tidy. I have worked with so many different subcontractors with my home and I can definitely say the customer service with Deckworks is top notch which you don't always find. They show up and get the job done and you don't have to call them to finish the job. Im super happy with my experience and would highly recommend this company!
I absolutely love the crew working on my fence! These guys are the best. They really go the extra mile.
