“I felt the technician was fair and honest with me. We were concerned a pipe may have burst. but based on the location of the water coming in it did some likely it was a crack in the foundation.He was transparent that he couldn't confirm anything without taking a look. He did have to cut a couple holes in the wall, which maybe could have been a little smaller, but after taking a look he confirmed it was the crack in the foundation.This was a pretty quick job, so I definitely appreciated that he cut us a deal.After he left, we did find a shutoff that would have been helpful to have discussed. Not necessarily a big issue, but thought maybe that was something he would have noticed.I will definitely call for future issues. I believe they are honest folks.“
