Had a terrible experience with this company. We purchased carpet for 4 rooms through Home Depot. Crew 2 is the installation company Home Depot uses. Initial visit, crew of 4 men arrived and only one of them spoke a little English. They tore out all old carpet and installed new carpet. Took pictures and sent to Home Depot due to the new carpet being installed loose and edges looking unfinished. Worst area was spiral staircase that included a huge bubble of carpet at the top step (can we say hazard)! Additionally, they gashed my wall with a utility knife apparently when attempting to cut the new carpet and did not say a word about this. Responses from Home Depot was prompt...read full review

My wife and I purchased flooring from Home Depot. We did everything we were told to do to prep for the flooring. My wife met the guy the morning they came to install. He was rude and yelled at my wife to the point she was in tears. Luckily our contractor was there and witnessed it and said he would take care of the flooring. We called Home Depot and cancelled the install with this company. Terrible customer service.

This is the worst company ever they were su6to be here between noon and 2 and now its 6pm and nobody here. They are rude when you call Jonathan doesn't have a clue how to manage his crew. Home Depot will be losing business as I will be going to corporate to have their contract cancelled. Do Not use this company
