So I took a king size bed sheet to get dry cleaned and when I came to pick it up it was soaking wet. I told the store manager if they can give me a refund but he just started swearing at me. If i can give 0 stars i would. Horrible staff.

Later that day I got a call from some manager whoWas the rudest person I have ever spoken with. His exact words to me were. "It's not my f***ing problem. I was told they would not refund my money and they had no liability for my rug and they don't care. I was told it was rotten, that a door had rubbed it and worn it out. The rug was not inexpensive it was 100% wool and was in excellent condition until they destroyed it. I simply wanted to freshen it up before switching it up seasonally. I would never ever take anything here again. I can't believe their complete disregard for customer service...I also work at a business in town and would never imagine treating someone as horribly as I was talked to. I am still in shock over this...

I sent a black, king-size comforter to Kasperbauer Cleaners with the instructions to have it dry cleaned. When I got it back from them, I instantly knew it had been machine washed. It was covered on both sides with lint and my batting was ruined. I called and asked to speak to the owner/manager. He was not in. When I explained what happened and how upset I was, she stated they do not always follow their customers instructions. So, that told me they don't care what the customer wants.
