Was more than I expected happened to have some live music entertainment while I was waiting for my hair cut. The little lady who cut my hair also did a good job. Very laid back and relaxed environment.

We have had really good luck going here! Usually we can get in pretty last minute without a crazy wait. The app is pretty accurate as far as expected wait time. I wish I knew the lady's name but she was so great with my son. His hair cut looked fantastic too. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is she charged us an adult haircut instead of a children's and I didn't realize until we were all back in the car. I have only had one experience that was 1 star at the Carroll location and that was years ago.

As short staffed as they are, these ladies are quick, efficient, and so friendly! And they are good at their profession. Great atmosphere in my opinion. All of them make the customers feel welcome.
