We had Peterson do concrete work on our addition footing foundation and slab 66' x 22' they did the digging, concrete, backfill and compaction. They used no rerod and did not tie the slab to the foundation. The slab has fallen upto 2" it has torn kitchen cabinets away from the wall and is pulling interior walls from the rafters causing significant damage to our home. Peterson came and looked at it with there engineer who immediately said it was a compaction problem. Peterson's attorney then contacted me stating it was a settling problem and they had no responsibility for it.
