We were in a ruff situation with both my and my wife’s computer containing malware after being hacked. I did not have a “go to” computer service center and searched for help. I was not familiar with Mead Computer Service, but gave them a call as I had heard some poor feedback about alternatives in town. I was very happy I called Mead. The owner, Lawrence, greeted me on the phone and did a threat job of leading the conversation on of my computer related issues. He was able to anticipate issues I neither recognized or anticipated. Mr. Mead was very nice, and helpful. A pleasure to talk to, and get different views with programs for my laptop. He was very reasonable for install of main battery on the unit. And very quick to fix. If you want an excellent job done, without having to get a loan to pay for it; this gentleman is the real deal! Please check him out next time you have an issue with your computer. Thank you Mr. Mead I haven't had that kind of service in yrs.
