Jordyn is absolutely amazing! I had a horrible experience at a nail salon in town today and hated my nails. I messaged Laura about how awful they looked who responded quick and got ahold of Jordyn right away. Jordyn went in the salon at 9:30pm (after hours) to get them fixed tonight. Not only did she fix them but she made sure they were perfect, took her time and redid them as many times as needed to make sure i got exactly what i was looking for. She was so sweet and determined to make sure i left happy. She did exactly what i was wanting and more.
Laura made me feel so comfortable and pampered. This was my first haircut in almost 10 years bc of bad hair experiences. She was professional and so sweet to my 6 month old who I had to bring along due to a babysitter cancellation. I showed her pictures of what I’d like and what I don’t like and she gave me the PERFECT cut. I feel so confident and pretty I’ve been leaving filters off pictures! Highly recommend this salon. The atmosphere was amazing too.
I love BOLD and have been seeing Laura for over a year now. My biggest problem finding a hair stylist is finding someone who can do short cuts on women without being afraid to cut it! When I heard Laura knew what was up, I scheduled an appointment and haven't looked back since. I've walked out of places looking like the stylist put a bowl on my head, but never at BOLD! I always leave feeling like I was listened to and that I look great!
