Best service, best price and highly professional. Our water heater was leaking all over the basement, I called and within the hour Mike called me back with the best quote. I was able to text the pictures to them and he was able to give me a quote on the spot. The old was removed, the new was installed within an hour. Installers were super polite and respectful of our flooring and gave us instructions. I felt safe and would highly recommend! Great job guys!!
Nick came out to diagnose what was going on with my old furnace. He explained everything to me as well as what to do in the future. He replaced my blown motor to make my house cool again! I had called a different company before Pritchard that was rude and not reliable. I’ll only go with Pritchards for all future projects.
