Update 4/2024: We have used D&D for 4 years now and still recommend them to everyone!We've been using D&D for about 8 months now. I contacted them about a terrible spider problem we had in the acreage we had just moved into. They came out the next day and we have scheduled them every 3 months to come back! Our spider problem is gone and we are very pleased. Highly recommend them!
Don and Moni at D&D Pest Control should write the book on how to provide excellent customer service. I've been in the customer service sector for over 30 years and rarely have seen this level of excellence and professionalism. I cannot think of one thing they could have done differently.The reason for requesting their services can never be a pleasant one, yet they turned this very unpleasant situation into a positive one with the perfect amount of empathy, communication and action. Don was quick, efficient, affordable and super friendly. I needed help getting rid of ants in my kitchen and he squeezed me in his schedule so I wouldn't have to wait. I will definitely call him in the future for any pest control needs!!
