This whole experience wasn't stressful.They walked us through every step, told us who to call, but mostly, if we didn't know who to call they took care of it. Bottom line, roof was done, paid for, and the clean up was awesome, not a nail in sight! We'd go through them again. Thank you!!

The Des Moines area was just hit with 99 mile per hour winds. That is hurricane 1 force! I think our Petticord roof is guarenteed up to maybe 70 mph winds? Our Petticord roof sustained very minor damage.One endcap!When I called our insurance agent, they assigned us to another roofing company. I insisted on Petticord. Like a father watching out for his baby, Tim Petticord was at our house the same night checking out his baby and fixing it in about 20 minutes.
