Universal Nails never disappoints when I get a pedicure. Cindy is very customer service oriented often calling me back w/o me leaving a message to set up my appt. She is very accommodating. The entire staff does a wonderful job!

I would give this place 10/10. When I got here for my appointment, I didn’t know what colors to do for my college graduation tomorrow. One of the ladies had help me out with choosing the color since I didn’t know what design to do.The guy who did my nails did an amazing job. He’s very professional and respectful. I will come back to this amazing place again.
