Ive been going for 2 years and it feels like a home away from home. The owners and everybody that goes to either location our very nice. The price is dirt cheap and a wide array of different machines and weights to use. If you need a new gym to go to or to get started at this is thee only place to go.

This is my favorite no nonsense crowd of gym rats. Other than respectful question, "Are you using this?" no one has ever talked to me during workouts. The place has everything and they hired my daughters friends. They give me much confidence in their generation very polite and capable kids.

I have been to many gyms around the QC and Waterloo area over the years and ultimate is by far my favorite. The diverse rooms cover and type of workouts that people would do from olympic style lifts to studio style room for classes. Having separate rooms makes it never feel busy. If you want to use new weights that have never been touched then this probably isn't the gym for you. However, if you like working hard with a variety of equipment and dumbbells around people who are trying to do the same then you will love it.
