Had siding and Roof installed had issues. The entire time. Once project was complete could not get Nick to call back any time on repairs. Finally, when I did get a claim form it charges $250 visit for work. That should have been under warranty. Watch out for the Acri Co.

This company is nothing short of a scam. As far as I'm concerned you would be better off going to menards and buying materials then hiring guys off the street to do the work. Essentially they are a middle man, selling shingles and farming out all work. High priced and the customer service is beyond the worst. It would cost me more money to sue them then to just fix the terrible job that they were involved in( the actual work was farmed out). Any 5 star "reviews" marked here have to be fake because not one person I have talked to about them says anything good about them. Run from these guys and don't look back.

I reserve a reasonable expectation of performance for the work. Derek was a pleasure to work with and was able to do his work even though no representative from Acri was present until the work was almost complete. Derek paid great attention to detail and explained everything he was doing and answered all questions thoroughly and professionally.
