Our heat at a rental was out, a tech was sent out same day, and the problem was quickly fixed at a reasonable rate. The communication was great with an automated text and 2 phone calls from the tech. Great service. Thanks!

We had an emergency situation where our furnace was expelling carbon monoxide and as new home owners we had no idea what to do. A friend of ours had used Lauritsen in the past and said they had good service. We have had terrible experiences hiring people for things in our home in the past, but this was absolutely top notch service. When I called about what was going on they were at our house the same day. Our furnace had to be shut off immediately, and we needed a brand new furnace. It is winter and I was nervous about how cold it was going to be with a 6 month old. Michael asked one of his guys to drop off heaters to keep us warm through the night.
