I tried to roll the dice on a Friday and walk in without an appointment. They were booked for a wedding party and didn’t have any appointments. I was a little bummed, but the way the employee (I assume the owner) handled it really impressed me. She apologized and even tried to squeeze me in the next day. I thought she was really professional and it made the situation a lot better. I will definitely try to go back another time as the place was clean, parking was good, and customer service was amazing.
Excellent haircut (very well styled, definitely took their time and didn't rush anything to make sure things got done RIGHT), personable employees, nice location, well outfitted inside. One of the best non-chain options I've found in the QC that actually delivered. Would recommend to anybody. Not expensive but definitely not as cheap as a Cost Cutters emergency cut, but this is an entirely different tier above that. Comparable quality wise to upper tier places like Ulta, Regis, etc.Great job, guys. Keep it up.
