“Disclaimer: This review is just for design work. We decided not to do our kitchen remodel now, so can't say anything about implementation. As for the design, RaeAnne was a pleasure to work with. She explained all the options (and showed examples in their showroom) and worked up a nice design; we went through it in detail and made some changes in real-time. Then she sent an estimate; this work was all free. RaeAnne was friendly and prompt in all our communications. Again, we decided not to do the remodel now, but if we do in the future, we will definitely come back and continue with High Point from where we left off.“

“Amazing team! They arrived so fast after we had a terrible basement sewer backup. They worked quickly to remove the affected items, clean up the water, and remove any damaged drywall, while sanitizing any remaining items that could be saved. They helped photograph every detail for insurance and helped us better understand that process. The team was communicative and gave frequent updates about the timeline, the damage, and the process. Jake, Grace, Cage, and Katie were AWESOME! Would highly recommend. Their price was extremely reasonable and competitive compared to other bids. When we noticed that transition pieces between the tile and laminate did not match, he had us come to the store and select ones that did and ordered those. He’s also delivered a large rug we had made himself that had been left off the original delivery. Great customer service.“
